Written by Don Costa, Wally Gold, Aaron SchroederDuane Eddy`s recording of the title song from the film BECAUSE THEY`RE YOUNG soared into the national Top Five in the summer of 1960. This instrumental was the last Top Ten hit for Eddy, who is considered to be one of the premier rock soloists of all time. Although originally born in New York, Eddy developed his "twang" guitar sound in the Southwest and began his recording career in 1958.
