Privacy Policy Statement for Shapiro, Bernstein & Co., Inc. and its Affiliated Companies

Shapiro, Bernstein & Co., Inc., on behalf of itself and its affiliated companies (hereafter, together, “SB”) has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy. The following policy is applicable to SB’s information collecting and the use and disclosure practices for the SB Website (“the Site”). Your use of this Site tells us that you have read and accept the practices outlined in this policy.

SB is the sole owner of the information collected on this Site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways that vary from what is disclosed in this statement. Personal information, such as your name, address and contact information may be gathered from you on a voluntary basis, at various times on the Site and will be used only if you wish to be added to SB’s mailing list so you may receive information about SB’s activities, if you wish to secure a license from SB to use one the compositions in our catalogue, of if you wish to contact us. You need not submit personal information to use the Site except for the foregoing.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, which we may do at any time and without prior notice, we will make best efforts to promptly post those changes on our Site so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
